This Cougar Employee Wellness Podcast is a monthly 10-minute conversation with faculty and staff to inspire and support you (while you multitask or take a break) in being active being fit and being well. Today we have on the Podcast Dr. Chris Connolly who has worked with his counterpart Dr. Kasee Hildenbrand to develop and implement a new Employee Wellness initiative the Cougar Employee Wellness Program to non-student staff and faculty. The program is a new joint initiative between the Provost and President’s Offices and the College of Education.
